Jace: when did you start on Pojo.com?
Pojo: I started on Pojo.com when the DB site opened in June of 2000 Jace: hmm Jace: who is the main man in Pojo.com? Pojo: well, it actually is kind of a complicated system. The man who originally owned the name pojo, though, is a guy named bill, he is also knows as pojo. Jace: wow a guy named Bill has his own Magazine? Jace: eheh Jace: were you welcomed with open arms or did you have to be tested? Pojo: I was asked to come to Pojo's DB site by Doug, so actually he came to me. In that case there was no test, I had already proved myself from my former web sites Jace: websites like what? Pojo: I started a site called DB Daizenshyu that became pretty popular before I left it Jace: are you friends with MrE? Pojo: Nope, don't really talk to him that much. Jace: do you get paid to work on it or is it all for fun? Pojo: We get paid, pojo is a company. Jace: how much do you get paid? Pojo: I don't really want to disclose the amount in this interview, but I will say that it is more than enough to keep me from having to go out and get a job. Jace: wow that's a dream come true for most people Jace: who is a good friend of yours at another website? Pojo: hmm.. Jace: or do you have any? Pojo: There are a lot of other web masters that I am friends with, Jon from DEX is always helping me out with stuff. There are so many, I talk to all of them and get help from them all. Pojo: The whole GGG staff is awesome Jace: eheh Pojo: Steve Harmon is also a cool guy, we have that interview connection, he should get a site again Jace: so it's a company is that why you are #2 on the Dragon Ball Top 50? Jace: are you in competition with Planet namek for #1? Pojo: I don't think Pojo being a company has anything to do with our popularity, sure it helps, but it isn't the main reason. I don't really pay that much attention to the top50, but Doug figured it out and we should be ahead of them within the next few months Jace: well Planet Namek isn't getting that popular anymore Jace: what do you think the Fans of DBZ are looking for in a website? Jace: it use to be little moving video game gifs Pojo: Every fan is looking for something new, the new fans are looking for anything, just so they can learn about DB. The more weathered fan is looking for new original section, though. You can't say one thing for sure. Jace: well your site seems to cover everything from the Card Game to the Movie Clips Jace: how did you find all that info on the Bios? Pojo: Well, if I worked on the Bios, I would tell you, but I am pretty sure that Eric gathered the info from anywhere possible, every source you can think of he probably looked. Jace: oh so the three people on Pojo you were talking about worked on your site not on the other sites Jace: do you consider the other sides of Pojo (Pokemon Digimon and Gundam) a competition? Pojo: The other three webmasters came from their old site TheOtherDimension. After they were asked to work on Pojo, Doug came to me and asked me to join them. Jace: are you planning something big for another section on your site? Pojo: I would like to say yes, but at this moment I am still trying to figure out what to do. I have a few ideas, but it all matters on wether or not I get the energy or time to do it. Jace: is Dragon Ball Z still your favorite Anime? Pojo: No, I've gotten tired of it, I haven't watched DB for quite a while. Jace: what is your favorite Anime now? Pojo: There are a few that I like, probably my two favorites as of right now are Flame of Recca and Galaxy Express 999
